Poker Hand Ranking – Top Ten
These are the top-ten possible hands in poker:
- Royal Straight Flush -A royal straight flush is a hand of A-K-J-Q-10 when all the cards belong to the same suit (Heart/Spade/Club/Diamond).
- Straight Flush - Five cards which all of them belong to the same suit and form a liner order such as 1-2-3-4-5 of Clubs.
- Four of a Kind - Four cards with the same value such as 4-4-4-4-5.
- Full House - Three of a kind plus a pair such as 3-3-3-A-a or 5-5-Q-Q-Q
- Flush - A hand consisted of 5 cards of the same suit (without any liner order between them) such as 3-6-A-8-10 Diamonds.
- Straight - Five cards with a liner order such as 1-2-3-4-5 and the cards aren't from the same suit.
- Three of a Kind - Three identical cards such as K-K-K-4-1 or 5-4-2-2-2.
- Two Pair - A pair is two identical cards and another two identical cards – two pairs - in your hand such as K-K-3-7-7
- One Pair - Two identical cards such as 3-3 or A-A.
- High Card - If none of the above may be found in your hand then the highest value card in your hand is called high card, a hand of 3-7-8-10-K is a King High hand.
